Experience:
Mr. Lomasney has experience in analysis of commercial insurance claims for a diverse group of industries. Various claims include business interruption losses, property damage, extra expense, inventory losses, fidelity claims, and loss of earnings. In addition, Mr. Lomasney is responsible for preparing detailed reports detailing the findings of such analyses.
Specific industry experience includes:
Working with senior partner in analyzing & reviewing:
- Numerous large-scale lumber and hotel claims.
- The financial records of a local coffee company in calculating a production loss.
- An MIS inventory loss of a New England textiles company.
- Employee fidelity claims of a large drug distribution company.
- Business interruption claims of New England ski resorts relating to ice storms of 1997.
- Extra expense and property damage claims of a utility company.
- Business interruption claim of an egg farm. Including the loss associated with replacing the chickens, as well as the value of the time lost to bring the chickens to egg producing maturity.
Seminars Mr. Lomasney has participated in numerous training seminars relating to investigative auditing and damage assessment.
