I am currently the resident partner of the Massachusetts office of Magnan Graizzaro & Associates. My entire professional career has consisted of analyzing commercial insurance claims along with providing litigation support in a variety of circumstances.
Experience:
Extensive experience in analyzing damage claims for insurance companies
and attorneys involved in corporate litigation. This experience includes:
- Reviewing and analyzing all financial records of a large New England advertising firm for the St. Paul Insurance Company, such as commercial real estate loan files related to the advertising firm including loan covenants, compensating balances, and outstanding loan balances.
- Measuring damages associated with asbestos abatement projects, including costs incurred and income losses associated with these projects.
- Damages assessment of an international shipping broker relating to unpaid commissions pursuant to a 15-year agency contract.
- Large scale business interruption, extra expense and damage assessments for various international hotel chains. Assisted in Developing detailed models and theories to project future room rates and occupancy levels.
- Responsible for measurement of damages for a national telecommunications firm, including extensive property damage measurement and income losses.
